Raffles

Every week there will be an NFT prize and an $Avax prize.

Two winners will be drawn - first place takes the NFT and 50% of the $Avax, and second place takes the other 50% of the $Avax.

Our intention

Our intention is to start with the first week being a prize of the NFT and 0.5 $Avax, Week 2 being an NFT and a prize of 1.0 $Avax, Week 3 being a prize of 1.5 $Avax, and will continue this for as long as the number of entrants/treasury build up continues.

Once the accumulation of $Avax levels out, the prize will stabilise. (But the Plant A Tree Team reserves the right to reduce the prize should the expected prize be lower than that currently in the raffle treasury).

Tree NFT Holders will be able to enter raffles by using their $PAT tokens. The cost per entry for tree holders will be 300 $PAT + 0.05 $Avax. The $PAT submitted will be burnt, and the $Avax will be stored in the raffle wallet, accumulating each week for the NFT prizes and building the $Avax prize pot.

So for example, the following would apply:

300 $PAT + 0.05 $Avax = 1 Raffle Ticket 🎟

600 $PAT + 0.1 $Avax = 2 Raffle Tickets 🎟

900 $PAT + 0.15 $Avax = 3 Raffle Tickets 🎟

Draws will be carried out in our Discord Server once a week, using a third party Raffle Bot to ensure random selection of winners. The first person drawn will always be considered “first place” (NFT + 50% of $Avax) and the second person drawn will get the “second place” (50% of $Avax) prize. The same person will not be able to win both first and second prizes in any one week.
